These Terms of Service apply to your use of aaronautoglasschicago.com and to auto glass services provided by Aaron Auto Glass, 4318 W Armitage Ave, Chicago, IL ("we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide auto glass repair and replacement, including windshields, side and back glass, and related services. Aaron Auto Glass locations are independently owned and operated. These terms apply only to the Armitage Avenue location.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the vehicle information you provide. The final price may change if the vehicle details are different, if additional parts or calibration are needed, or if we find damage that was not visible before the work began. We will tell you about any change before doing the additional work.
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Payment and insurance
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we have agreed otherwise. If your insurance is covering the job, you are responsible for any deductible and for any amount your insurer does not pay. You authorize us to share necessary information with your insurer to process your claim.
Customer responsibilities
Please follow the care instructions we give you after installation, such as safe drive-away times and car wash restrictions. We are not responsible for problems caused by not following these instructions.
Warranty
Our workmanship warranty terms are provided at the time of service and on your invoice. The warranty does not cover new damage from rocks, accidents, vandalism, or weather, or work done by another shop. Manufacturer defects in glass are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Pre-existing conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing rust, damaged or brittle moldings, or other existing vehicle conditions discovered during removal or installation. We will let you know if we find any.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
